Couldnt get revolver

Ive done all 3 encounters but after the last one at chapter 11, i didnt get the revolver, i simply got back to the lab after escaping the ghost, what could i have done wrong?

No i moved on to chapter 13, its unfortunate but the only thing i can think of that i did was that i deleted one of my older saves, but it shouldnt affect that achievement. im certain ive done all encounters cuz ive all 3 photographic slides from all 3 encounters

It's interesting, I've got 3 encounters and collected 1 slide each, in the third there is a cutscene between Sebastian and Sebastian's self, the revolver appears in his hand in the end of the cutscene and he comments on it.
IDK if it's important, but I also looked at the slides in the cat's room and talked to Juli about them

yeah i did that as well and during the final encounter it just ended before i could see myself, and i didnt get the gun, not sure if its a bug, ive encountered lots of bugs like crouching through a tunnel and it just instantly teleports me to the other side

use the rs and select the gun. you can change it there. i have 4 guns now. normal gun. with laser, with silent, and revolver gun. try it. gl.

From what I remember there is a ghost encounter in the house in the first zone, a shack in the first zone, a diner in the second zone, and a shack in the second zone. The final encounter should be near the mine shaft in the lab area. You did all of those?

only the house, diner, shack and final encounter

You probably missed one of the encounters in the tool shed or the shack that had the long shotgun in it.

You get the gun in the last wraith apparition if you completed all of them.
Also don't necro, open a new thread instead.

i had posted a new thread but no one answered and since apparently op had the same issue i wanted to know if it was resolved.

i did 3 encounters and final but didnt recieve the gun (house, dinner, shack and the final one).

is the gun is only gained second time play through? or can i get it later down the road if i revisited the areas? i really want to finish the game but i only upgraded the pistol in hopes of getting the revolver...so id like to know if its possible before continuing the game without it

I've got the revolver on my first and only playthrough. You may have missed one of the 3 encounters or messed up your saves by doing an encounter then loading an earlier save and not doing it.
I belive you get the revolver after the game if you didn't at this point.
