High ~30 fps
Dude stop lying. It makes you look bad. You run this game @ 4k ultra 80fps and you want us to believe that? Even two 1080tis won't be able to 4k ultra 80 fps. Just stop lying.
Also they just start put game only Windows Store that make truely lock down.
For me that's fine that they protect the game, it's their work, it's their money, never had anything agains denuvo, I have nothing against that, and I also I don't defend piracy, as long as it is used for testing for 1,2 or 3 levels to see if everything is ok, it's fine by me.
Minimum requirements nowadays are usually far from reality, and unfortunaly there are always bad ports like this one, that comes with problems.
I condemn piracy users that uses any single excuse to not buy a game and then complete those same games without legit copy.
While it's true that Steam offers refunds, sometimes 2 hours are not enough to understand if it is okay or not, if you can fix it or not.
You can call me a pirate, but at least I buy all the games that I intent to play from beginning to the end!
And for now, I would just enjoy to see Evil Within 2 working as it is suppose to work, whatever if the update reaches the pirates or not, I just want to make sure that I can buy the game and get the maximum out of the GPU.
So you can blame now for wanting to make sure that I can spend 60€ and get a good experience out of it.
Cheers

This game engine or game isn't demanding it's just a piss poor optimised engine on top of that lazy devs. Anything Bethesda has ints hands in always has bugs and bad frame rate. Yes, I know Bethesda is the publisher. Is it so much to ask from asian devs to make a polished game with out god awful frame rate? You all make the best Horror games as well as other awesome game but performance is always bad.
I know you won't bother fixing or even trying until 6 or more months down the raod when no one plays anymore liike the first Evil within which was atrocious on consoles. So, this time I bought on PC and I'm screwed anyways but besides this I think the game is very fun and way better than the first but Animations need polish BADLY! It's way to much to explain but you made the game so you know what i'm speaking off.
Why does this game stall if the GPU usage is about 75 - 80%, reducing the CPU-Load even more? A GTX970, slightly overclocked and with Anti-Aliasing/ Motion blur turned off should perform much better with these grafics.
Something is really wrong with this game. My 6 Core X5675 is ultilized at about 15% CPU usage max with this game... And the performance is abysmal!
If i assign only 2 CPUs to this game, the performance is best, ultilizing 2 of 6 cores fully. The SMT. Code of this engine is crap! Hyper Threading doesn not help either, no performance increase or decrease. The game cannot ultilize 4 core-CPUs. Neither does it support 8 Core CPUs with HT.
If you will reduce the resolution to 640x480 you will see what i mean. Then, the game will run at about 120FPS. Single core: Slight performance loss and higher input lag. 2 CPUs: Maximum performance. 3 CPUs and more: No benefit!
