Stuck in Chapter 15

Hi there,

I finished TEW1 on nightmare. But here I`m stuck in chapter 15 on survival.

The boss fights on chapter 14 demanded all my ammo from me. The last Keeper I had to fight with the knife!

Now in chapter 15 I somehow managed to arrive to the electrifying beast, but have not enough ammo left.

I don`t want to replay the whole game. What can I do?

You must have seriously screwed up to not have enough ammo at the late game.

No gunpowder?

I`m usually very carefull with my ammo. But the Keeper-Fight took it all from me. Any way out of the situation?

Unless you have gunpowder, not really.

You can load back a few saves and try again. Explosive bolts seemed to do nicely against the double keeper.

There should be enough ammo in the area to kill that mini boss though.

I looked for it, but didn`t find enough.

You need 6 harpoon bolts for the whole keeper fight - you dont have any crafting stuff left ?

I had the same problem. You can do it. There is some ammo lying around there, make all of them count. Finish off with a few knife stabs, worked for me. At the start of that fight I had literally nothing on me. Also on survival.

Ok,I`m through it. Had to go down with the difficulty. By doing this I got more bullets on the field. But that feels less satisfying.

You did the beast with the knife?

Yeah, it's really not that hard. You hit him with the ammo on the scene, then stab him like 5 times with the knife. You can bait his move and dodge it, then run towards him and slash him 2 times. Repeat and profit.

This game has a tendency of not registering bullets for me, id blast a crawler in the head 5 times with a maxed pistol and none of the damage would even register.
