Stuck in chapter 11 Boss fight with O'Neal....
Iam out of ammo and syringes in the second phase without his respiration mask....

Pistol ammo spawns at specific locations during the boss fight to prevent you from running out of ammo.

That is correct. I found two locations and I do not think that there is more then these two. But it is just enough to beat O'Neal.

He is so weak to stealth atacks it is not even funny... You do not need to waste any bullets on him.
