As for number two, I haven't experienced that.
It's kind of confusing me, though.
During my first playthrough I barely had any framedrops. And now, all of a sudden it's happening.
maybe the first playthrough you noticed less because this is an amazing game and the excitement is overwhelming? lol
It's not a bug, you triggered the sequence of where the ghost lady spawns.
Was the environment blue with mist ?
If so, that's why. You can't interact with any workbench while the ghost lady is present.
nope, the world had reverted back to it's normal state by the time i got to the bench
Oh, well. That is odd.
The first time I went through the workbench is when the ghost lady spawned.
