Chapter 5 help! (Spoilers!)

That buzzsaw arm girl monster keeps killing me, how am I supposed to kill her?

In mayor entrance? Just shoot her, also there are plenty traps in this location to slow her down and then release all your shootgun at her.

You can skip that fight entirely by running around City Hall (to the left). Also make sure to shoot the red barrels to clear the way.

There are 3(4 i think) slow mo traps you can exploit. one in a fenced in area on the left side of the map,(I think there's also one near the tipped over truck) one on the right side, and one on the opposite end of the building near the gate entrance. Don't forget to take advantage of oil drums. igniting electric oil is a good combination, the electric stun locks the guardian on the flames for extra flame damage you can also sneak in free shots on it. Also on the right side there's a small bush maze you can use to out run it along with boxes obstructing that path that will slow it down. It's actually possible to loose the guardian so you will go into undetected status in that area. Lastly, there is a hidden route on the left side behind the building. There's a pile of crates covering up explosive drums, if you shoot it, it'll lead you to a secret route behind the building. You actually get an achievment for taking the secret path too.

To add to the tips already here:

She has a really slow attack. It's actually better to let her hobble over to you, and then run. She'll more often than not miss you with her attacks and you'll gain enough room to get a few shots in,

However, thry to use the traps and the oil first. If you use those well, you shouldn't need to use this last strat. Just though I would toss it in there incase.

Thanks you guys, I ended up finishing the fight by using the spilt oil and slow mo traps. You guys saved my ass..

WHAT!?!?!?!?!? Do you only get the achievement if you go that route without killing her? Cause I went there after killing her (was checking the front for loot and saw ammo behind a fence so I looked around to see how to get back there)?
