Sniper rifle repair bug.

When i come into this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garage, i can't grab a repair parts. Workbench is missing or i can go through it. And enemy inside the garage is missing too. wtf, how am i supposed to repair this ♥♥♥♥?

I think I figured it out. So long as that ghost is roamning the area (the one that chills the air and can move through walls) you can't access the sniper parts. You need to back away and when the environment returns to normal approach the garage withouty being seen At this point the sniper part should be sitting on top of a work bench. Hope this helps

You can't access workbenches when the ghost spawns.
