Last chance pack still available

Just bought and downloaded the game and saw the "Last chance pack" as a dlc to the game in my library. Why is it still available? Isn't it a preorder bonus?

Because "preorder" items are usually just bling to attract customers. Even after the games release you can still usually buy those same items. Not worth it.

But I bought just the game, the dlc was inclusive

Maybe they forgot to remove or decided to give it to everyone.

They generate and stockpile product keys / serials well in advance of the game's release date. What most likely happened is that they generated more pre-order keys than the actual amount of pre-orders and they're selling those keys before they switch to the regular post-launch keys that don't have the DLC packaged with them.
