Maked guys with flamethrowers

Does anyone know how to kill those guys with flamethrowers in chapter 11? I shot whole my arsenal into his face and still nothing.

honestly, just unload more into their heads. i couldn't find their weakpoints and they can't be stealth killed, but with a whole lot of shots to the face they die (fully damage upgraded sniper rifle helps)

[Rester]

They take a long while to kill. Use a combination of Shock Bolts + Your weapons to get the best damage from headshots. If you have the Bullet Cascade skill in Combat it really helps as well.

[Naked Snake]

Just lure them with a bottle or wait for them to randomly shoot their flamethrower. You can sneak behind them and stealth attack them. This does a ton of damage. Two of these attacks and some bullets to the face will kill em. Easy!

Thanks for help. Killed these bastards with sniper rifle and crossbow. There's only 3 of them but each one is like a boss in terms of damage required to kill them, jeez.

Hey at least now you can craft a flamethrower.

Another ♥♥♥♥ up is, that if you die in this fight, you have to restart from the lab where you removed the chip out of the dead guys head. This is really bad programming.

How do people even die to this guy?

He literally can't hit you unless you are right in his face.

I was practically completely out of ammo after killing the two guys for the flamethrower tanks. I had even resorted to using shock arrows and melee slashing at the last one. And now that I got my own flamethrower, I get to fight through a flaming tower filled with the same jerks and their buddies who are already on fire. Great.

you can hit them with freeze bolts for easier sneak attacks on them, found this to be the best way for me. On nightmare it takes like 5 stabs to kill one though.

Well no ♥♥♥♥ did you really think none of them would be in their stronghold?

Wow I only faced like one of them, through out the whole game and that was the one you HAD To fight you know who.
The others I avoided completely no need to fight them.

Yeah who needs flamethrower and 5000 gel from each of them anyway.

I used Smoke Bolts upgraded so that I could get in a Sneak Attack while he struggled. I was able to get in 2 stabs during each Smoke Bolt and never even had to shoot them. Took about 3 Smoke Bolts each.

Yea the only time I needed the flamethrower was on a particular boss fight. (Don’t want to spoil) But I still managed.
All you need is your handgun and stealth kill your way through the game.
