I just noticed i get 95 to 118 fps when vsync is disable but then i get tearing and a IQ loss without it.
The problem is when i choose the display refresh rate it hard caps it to 72 fps but @ least then i have no screen tearing and IQ los.
By the way gpu use-age is also pretty low in this game max is 70%
The game looks dated in full HD but in 4k its looks pretty sharp without the blurry AA methods.
But then again the fps is to low in 4k they need to fix this stuff i agree.
That a crazy amounts what kind of game or programs use that much ram ??
This game eats 9 gb of ram in full HD in 4k it goes over 11 gb.
Gsync and Freesync solves this.
Vsync in this game is bugged it halves my fps of my refresh rate.
Other games dont have this problem.
Witcher 3, DOOM, Shadow Warrior 2 are working great on 144 hertz even if it dont reach the fps sometimes.
So solved this problem for i disable vsync in evil within 2 and force vsync on in the nvidia control panel.
But for some weird reason the IQ still looks lower-res in game because of ♥♥♥♥ engine.
Vsync in this game might be buggy as well, but the fact remains that what I wrote above is how vsync works. If you think otherwise you should read up on how vsync works.
I explain in short.
Witcher 3 with vsync on on full HD fps between 90 and 144 fps with SLI, on 4k fps between 80 and 90, and when i look into the sky its 144 fps thats normal because there is no graphics in there, so it never halves the refrsh rate unless u use ADAPTIVE VSYNC ;)
