Report a translation problem
just delete that 1g stupid file, build a new flie name the same one then I get my storage back
same here, thanks for explain what is this folder.
\AppData\Local\TangoGameworks\The Evil Within 2
from C: (SSD ?)
to for example
E:\FolderWithMKLinks\
--
So you have:
\AppData\Local\TangoGameworks\ (empty)
E:\FolderWithMKLinks\The Evil Within 2 (1GB)
---
now you open CMD
type in
mklink and press enter (to understand it, to get info text)
mklink /j ".....\AppData\Local\TangoGameworks\The Evil Within 2" "
E:\FolderWithMKLinks\The Evil Within 2"
this will create a "shortcut" from folder E: to folder C: without loading 1GB on C:. But when you open the Evil Within Folder from C: it will access the files from E:!
I have the same problem. What is this file? It's been a long time since the game is uninstalled on my side.
Can I delete this file without compromising saves or anything else?
In other terms, If one day, I would like to re-install the game, the previous deleting of the file doesn't affect the launching or the game itself in any way? The "filecache" will reappear as well?
Thanks
