Joseph Oda? [spoilers]
You can unlock a conversation about him, that explains that he's somehow still alive and that they'll talk about it later. I finished the game but it was never touched upon again.

Did I miss something, or could this be DLC?

Haven't beat it yet. Hope it's DLC because I always wondered what exactly happened to Joseph. Hell, maybe we'll get a Joseph DLC this time like we got a Kidman one in the last game.

Maybe kidman dlc, since sebastian and lily got the happy ending route

Joseph is confirmed to be alived when you view the last of the projector slide.

Forget about it , this game has this mentions only not to make fans of the first game angry. They simply don’t give a ♥♥♥♥ about your interests ( old fans) This game is aimed for newcomers like the witcher 3 was
