They are semi-random this time around. Seems like the first you open is always 10 gunpowder no matter which you pick.

Can confirm. So my A1 was 10 gunpowder, C3 had 6 sniper rounds

Update: My D3 had 5 shotgun shells in it

a bit late but these dont seem to be random, locker choice makes no difference, if its your 1st key its 10 gunpowder if its your 13th its a completely useless healthpack, reloaded 4 times made 4 different choices all with same outcome
