Quick 180 degree turn

Can somebody explain me please, how to do a 180 degree quick turning move? You can enable it in the settings, but didn't explain how to do it.

with controller, press the button back and cover at the same time

Moving backwards, press the sprint key/button.

I know this is a very old post, but just in case someone has the same question and is playing on mouse and keyboard, for me it was moving backwards and pressing the spacebar. So... Backwards and the default cover key.
