keys not counting properly

Hi guys i have 1 main bug problem,
i have finished the game 3 times now and currently going threw on my forth play threw,
i have collected every key from every plcae and even looked on guides,
because it keeps telling me im 1 short,
and i know i have them all,
is anyone else having this issue if so please let me know,
im getting so frustrated with it,
the guide tells me i have them all like i know but game says im 1 short at the end,
also when ever i replay it i need more keys which should not happen
is this a known bug or what?

ps it,s great game eccept for this bug.

If you replay without using ng+ with a previous completed game saves keys will reset, if is not the case then try to redo the shooting range minigame, the new patch fixed some stuff about keys rewards in them not properly counting if you lowered difficulty during the playtrough.

I never lowered the difficulty either, and I also noticed, I'm missing 1-key also... It's very odd. [3rd play through on Survivor.]

Playing through the game again, and will check the shooting-gallery.

i have checked the shooting gallary ever time and the keys arn,t there so they have counted
im just going ster crazy with these keys
i know when you change to nightmare they had to be gotten again and soforth but not casual they should all be there that yourv gotten.even my doublebarrel wasn,t there after nightmare when i went back to casual i had to get it again. so im just have to wait for next patch i think,
