How did you do that?
I had gone into the warehouse and up to an item on a body before going to the first story resonance. When I interacted with the body my character flew up in the air and fell on the other side of the fenced off area I probably wasn't able to get to without having started the story missions. From there, I was able to just follow the rest of the events and find the doll.
Also, I went back to O'Neil and was able to continue to chapter 4, but it appears that marker that says to explore the warehouse is stuck on my map. I figure this is just a symptom of something in the programming of the game. On three separate occasions I have fallen through the map.
