Fun Way put blue gel on the same wall and blue gel on the angled wall piece so you keep bouncing back and forth until you have enough hight to get to the end
Was very janky for me and needed multiple tries

The Fun Way worked the first time for me. I had good blue gel coverage on the surfaces and plenty of speed.
Edit: after watching your video i see what you mean by bouncing back and forth. I set up my orange runway a little differently and it worked right away.
I did it in one. Run the turbo-gel and shoot out the slope, bounce on the mid-part then the wall and you bounce right up on the walkway.
You "have to" get the orange gel all the way up to the wall you portal from, why you have the white overhang.
