Game won't launch

So, decided to try to boot up the game. Got the message asking about sending in automated crash reports, said yes to it...and nothing. I hit play and steam seems to try to launch it but nothing happens.

This happened to me the first time I launched only, but after that it has launched properly with no issues.

It's because this is a community mod like aperture tag. Unless Portal 2 is installed it won't launch.

I had Portal 2 installed alongside it. It ended up working after a computer restart
