Developer console ??

How can I bring up the developer console? I’ve tried various methods / launch parameter -console, bind "0" "toggleconsole"/ but to not work.

You need to enable Developer Mode in the game settings

One you enable developer mode, then you can open the console with ~, optionally you can also change the button in the settings menu
