yep. that mod is 7 years old so wouldn't be affected. i think this is a fairly new thing. there's a faq page about it but it doesn't really explain anything.

it says games need a certain amount of player engagement, but given that my example holocure is also limited even when it was in the top 100 most played for some time, i don't think that's even true. from what i've seen it's now just 'all free to play games released after a certain time period (few years back) with no paid dlc' that get profile features limited.
again though, not sure if this is the same case for mods.
