If you already tried to fling the ball across (a platform rises up beneath the tube it drops from) with it falling short, it's a weird bug. You'll have to try using the command 'restart' to reload the map from the beginning, which should allow the ball to fling across the gap the way it's meant to. Hopefully the devs can get it fixed soon enough.

Yeah we don't know why this happens cause it never happened during playtesting. We plan to look into this.

This portal position is right ? It can't get the ball there.
I changed settings "Mouse Sensitivity" and "subtitles" but other settings are no change.

in Select Chapter. Looks like I can jump until chapter 4. but when I open chapter4 , jump to chapter 1 . other chapter is able to jump normally . I can jump "Getting an Upgrade" of chapter 3 , and I can jump "Bombs?" of chapter 2 , but I can't jump to Chapter 4. Is it specification ?

I have been painting every surface with the blue gel and trying to bounce across for more time than I can even guess (especially with the constant crashing) and the whole time it was a bug?

Also in this level, if you fling the ball across before you fling yourself across, you get softlocked. (Because you need the ball to fling yourself, and there is no way to respawn the ball)

+1, just got soflocked after launching the ball to the exit using beam.
There needs to be a reset button on the lower section

Use this. Worked for me first time after using restart.

Yeah this is happening to me, too. I cannot, for the life of me, get enough momentum on the ball no matter what I do. I'll try using console commands if that helps.

EDIT: Typed restart into command console and it worked.
