Turret Redemption. Stirling gets Stuck?

Hey all, I'm currently on the turret redemption line where you first send a fan supersonic, I see our glitched out core Stirling kind vibrating in the corner of the map. i don't see a way to progress, any ideas?
I'm absolutely loving the game so far, what a breath of fresh air. no negativity about this at all - just confused!!
