Lazers wont even kill you?
dafuq? it did in portal 2 but here no? did they forget to enable that function?

When it comes to Portal 2 workshop maps, lasers usually have collision turned off. This is because people found the laser harming you to be a nuisance, and ultimately doesn't add much challenge. Turning it off also leads to more comfortable feeling moves. So it was mostly likely turned off here for the same reasons. Hope this helps :)

it did though add immersion, it just feels wrong to see a strong burning laser that cant harm you

I will agree with this. It is nice not to have to deal with that feature. Perhaps, though, in a future version of this game, add something to indicate that the lasers no longer harm the player as opposed to what occurs in Portal 2. A possible reason may be that, due to current degradation of the facility, the lasers are only being partially powered: Enough to power systems but not enough to harm the player?

it's a shame the puzzles were targetted at the wrong audience aka people who aren't big fans of portal 2 and puzzle games, your workshop maps are insanely good yet the puzzles in portal revolution were targetting people who are mentally challenged, i don't mean to be rude at all but it's really sad i was hyped asf for this mod and was extremely disapointed when i finished it since all the puzzles were so straight forward they barely felt like puzzles to me hope there will be an update that adresses that issue sometimes, i suggest reworking 95 % of the puzzles in this mod so they're challenging for people who actually love portal 2 puzzles

OR add a difficulty option that changes the difficulty of the puzzles in this mod that could be cool (current difficulty should be the easy option, then there should be normal and hard or skip straight to hardest) , portal reloaded for example wasn't scared to make mind bending puzzles and they managed to make really challenging puzzles, there was so much more to explore with some of the mechanics introduced by this mod.

don't get me wrong some of the puzzles were exceptions and even though still not that challenging were really interesting in concept

Note: i know it was a conscious move to make the puzzles so that they can be solved by anyone however there is always that one guy who is going to be stuck at the easiest ♥♥♥♥ ever, with this reasoning every puzzles in this mod could've been just one button in front of a door that you press to open the door...

Really. Next time point the lazer at the transparent door using the transparent cube. The transparent door will now turn red. Now walk though.

First mod I've played and it feels kinda weird that lasers don't inflict damage. Even just a zap and a flinch would be good, they look like they carry some serious power rather than just being light rays with receptacles etc.
