Can't find Kalina ann I.

I got Kalina ann II in mission18,but i can't find Kalina ann I in mission10 or mission11
(I've looked everywhere!)

Did you pop all blood vessels in the building?

Seems bugged. Do you have new abilities in the Gunslinger tab?

If you go all the way to the left of the arena you fight Urizen in in mission 10 it spawns there too. If not, mission 11 has it in a side hallway in the first building that opens when you break one of the blood vessels.
