None of the DLCs matter. Devil May Cry is a fighting game turned into a single-player story, so the DLC for Vergil is akin to buying a fighter in Mortal Kombat. Personally, I bought all DLCs across all platforms because I adore DMC, but you don't miss any content besides Vergil and his amazing moveset if you play vanilla.
