Can someone give me a complete list of dlcs that can't be unlocked by just playing the game?

DLC you won't unlock in-game:
~Vergil as a playable character
~style announcers
~title announcers
~DMC 1-4 tracks (Vergil tracks are unlockable)
~live action dev cutscenes
~spoiler free ex colors (Vergil and V colors are unlockable)
~cavaliere R and bonus devil breakers (SweetSurrender, PastaBreaker, Megabuster, GerberaGP01).

is this list the same as the list of what’s included in “Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe + Vergil”? or do you still need to buy ex colors after that? would those be the alt hero colors & alt heroine colors dlcs (not included in deluxe)?
