Super character pack

I've bought the dlc and the taunt dlc too but it hasn't given me them
I've already beat the entire game and feel really confused

Maybe check if you have DLC enabled in the game properties, if so try installing it again.
Generally, super characters are unlocked after completing DMD and taunts after completing Bloody Palace.
