Vergil DLC not working

So, bought it, installed it, but vergil doesn't show up as playable, even in blood castle, any ideas?

Check if its correctly installed in the dlc tab, maybe smth didnt workout
otherwise, check your files for problems, maybe a file got corrupted

checked already, even tried turning the dlc off and on again, trying a reinstall to see if it works

people sure run into a lot of problems with this dlc
the only fix i know is change the directX12 to 11 in the config, but that was actually referred to the game crashing

Press V button in the mission selection menu to go to Vergil's company.
In the Bloody Palace Vergil will be available after completing the prologue.
