When we know this men was responsible to bring the franchise back, after 10 damm years... It really sucks to see him go, even if this is not the end for DMC. For me DMC 5 was worth the wait, it's on par with DMC 3 for me and i was dying for a sequel, now i'm very worried about it.

Sure, a remake of the OLD games would be "easy" to do, but i don't want just a DMC 1 or 3 done from scratch, and i sure don't care if it takes another damm 10 years, just make it a WORTHY sequel of DMC 5.

This, can't say i wouldn't buy a remake of DMC 2, but i'm pretty sure it would come after a DMC 1 remake, with the first remake of the series being 3.

Original RE4 is still great and didn't need to be remade, look at how good it's new version is.

I guess that means this is a huge downfall of CAPCOM. They're losing more talented developers these days.

Yeah 3->1->2->4 would be the most likely case...
But I still think we just get a new DMC every 4-10 years and that's it. But Hopium.
If they start remaking even RE: Survivor & RE: Dead Aim then I get my hope up for a new DMC though ^^ - mostly jk, but who knows.

I have mixed feelings about DMC5, honestly. I am currently replaying it during these days. The gameplay is very good, at least when playing as Nero and Dante (Playing as V feels always bad to me, I don't know his combat was poorly designed in my opinion). The story could be so much better, especially how some characters have been written. I still can't forgive them for how weak they made Lady and Trish look during this whole campaign. They were tough demon hunters in previous DMC games while in this game they were like princesses that needed to be saved by a brave and tough man... I don't know, they HAD TO be written better in my opinion and their characters could have a much bigger impact into the main mission. Maybe they could give us 2-3 specific missions with them making both of them playable (They just had to import their moveset from DMC4 and add some other moves, just like they did with Dante, Vergil and Nero).

Anyway, I appreciated having the original cast back for another story and it's sad that this man is leaving Capcom.
I think, anyway, that a new game will be released someday. They'll probably release remakes too.

he means lady n trish wanted to confront w/ vergil when he would kill em very easly.
if urizen was too powerful even dante had big problems vergil d just raze them to the ground. lady is just a human a/w
vergil had oportunity to kill lady in dmc3 but he didnt

but trish was shown brainles af ngl, she knew who v is n she said no word to dante abt it.
plot is tangled. devs didnt spend enough time on it

It wouldn't have changed anything.
The only thing no one knew (except V) was Vergil could return and how exactly he could return.
But when Dante realized how it worked, it was too late.

The key piece is V didn't have Yamato.
Everyone thought he couldn't do anything without the sword.
