Report a translation problem
Some users claimed that using a customized "steam_api64.dll" (like Goldberg Emu) and applying Steamless to the app (DevilMayCry5.exe for this case) works but I'm quite skeptical about it.
Another one is to try downgrading the DevilMayCry5.exe to its old version. Maybe the modding community made a backup of that.
Also do you have like any pending Windows Updates? Might be an OS problem.
Though your last resort might be to install your current but latest version of Windows ISO (not reformatting, just mount the ISO and run the setup but might take a couple of hours to complete). It could repair corrupted files in the system.
