How do i mod voice sound files in this game?

DMC5's mod go super hard and there's 2 in particular i really liked which lets you turn Dante in Spawn, and Nero into Hellboy. but sadly there's no mods i could find where you can switch their voice files to be of the characters to make it more fitting so i wanted to try it but... i don't know how to mod Sound files like that into the game

so is there anyone that could help me with that? or if anyone's willing could they make it?
