DLSS and RT

I wanna enable ray tracing and DLSS in Devil May Cry 5 but i cant find it in video settings(graphics) CPU: Intel Core i711800H GPU:RTX 3060 laptop (i dont remember how much vram that the GPU has)

RT is only on PS5 and Xbox Series, not on PC

Money, probably. RT was a selling point at launch of PS5 and Xbox Series. Though actually I see zero reason for these features in this game, so I personally don't care. What I care about is the fact that PC version didn't get Legendary Dark Knight difficulty, which is present on PS5 and Xbox Series.
