That's your problem right there. This ain't that kind of game, wrong expectations.
You have no idea what you are talking about either.
Clearly you didn't even experience a fraction of what this type of game has to offer, yet here you are talking as though you have a clue in the first place. No one is impressed with you playing From Software games either.
Also this isn't dark souls. Your play style in the series amounts to "use everything and the kitchen sink" and "be creative". Nothing more.
the graphics r amazing you can chain combos and abilities smoothly..
the enemies r challenging bosses r tough and no pushovers, although there is one thing u r right about playing with v isn't as much fun as playing with Nero/Dante/Vergil
i wouldn't refund the game if i were you, try giving it another chance but keep an open mind...
