Any way to cap FPS without Third Party Software?

Now this may sound weird, the game is running at 240-250 on my 240HZ Monitor Maxed out. But in some instances, the FPS goes to 1 Thousand, usually in menus and such.

Is there any way to limit the FPS WITHOUT using RivaTuner or AMD Adrenaline?
I still haven't installed REFramework, so i don't know if there is an FPS Cap. And i do plan to use mods.

whats your gpu? mine is nvida so i right click anywhere on my screen and opened it's display control panel. manage 3d settings, program settings, look for DevilMayCry 5.exe or it's not there. Click ADD and type it's name in, add it. Then look for max frame rate and set it to on and type in the fps you want to cap it to.

RX 6600 XT.

I manually capped the FPS for all my applications via AMD Adrenaline to 240 FPS, since i have a 240HZ Screen. That seems to work fine, and should work fine for all applications that have the same problem. It was added recently, so it didn't exist before.
