vergils doppleganger not working

ive played the vergil campaign twice and devil trigger worked fine those times, but now it just plays the animation and doesn't do anything. help?

You are using the COOP Trainer, it disables Doppleganger because it causes crashes in multiplayer. Disable COOP to be able to use Dopple again.
