For me it is easily Stage 4 boss, with Stage 5 boss on a close second. The badly telegraphed attacks makes No Damage runs frustrating for Stage 4, and for No Damage stage 5 you are sometimes simply forced to save 3 DT bars for the Nightmare I-frames if you happen to be in slowmo while the boss does the lightning shots.

Back when I played this on ps4 pre-Vergil I would've said the Familiars on mission 18 but now I'd say Dante takes the cake. I assume I'm just bad at fighting him but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the AI cheats with RG.
