Why cant I get all blue orbs as Vergil?

On secret missions I sometimes get Gold Orbs instead of Blue Orbs, and when finding hidden blue orbs, the blue orbs get replaced by Gold Orbs. Why is that?

if i remember correctly, vergil's blue orbs give him 2 bars instead of one

Becasue you are supposed to do the main story first before playing Vergil.

I did, but I didn't really get the blue orbs on the main story.

Orbs are shared between all game modes. If you've already found an orb in main campaign (as Nero\V\Dante) it will be replaced by a red orb. Replaing secret missions that have been comleted with any character will reward you a gold orb.

so far on Nero/V/Dante I've only completed 1-2 secret missions, dont know why on some secret missions (more than 4) I get gold orbs instead of blue orbs when playing vergil

To be honest - that was my asumption on secret missions - I had all of them completed before I started playing Vergil, but the rest of what I wrote is certain. If you find any gold orbs in the main game - that means that they were always gold orbs. Once collected they become red orbs in subsequent playthroughs.
You can always complete secret missions from the main menu with "main" characters.
