Mouse and Keyboard do not respond.

Mouse and Keyboard are not responding in game.
I can Alt+TAB out of the game and they work fine, click back into game and nothing...

i try to use any button on keyboard but not working.

i'm doesn't use controller why game it show button of controller.

this only happening to me when i'm in customization menu. i'm finishing customization, returning to the game and then keyboard doesn't working in game.

Try turning overlay on/off and alt tab back if you alt tabbed out. RE Engine has it really weird when it comes to KBM support but it's completely managable.

I was lucky to find this bug in the void, turns out the game thinks you're holding down lmb or rmb indefinitely. I haven't yet found and actual fix for it, but i remedy it by unplugging and plugging in my mouse. I know I'm 3 years late to this but hopefully this helps

What if I'm using a gaming laptop?

use a keyboard splitter

For me unplugging and plugging my keyboard and mouse fixed it. But I have to do it every time I alt tab or i use steam overlay
