I cant change costumes

So I've beaten this game twice, devil hunter and son of sparda, and I KNOW for a fact I have EX V costume. I unlocked it after I beat mission 20 on my first playthrough. I've done everything that I can find to unlock it. Beat 25 missions (mission 20 on devil hunter was my 25th mission. I started on human then switched for more of a challenge.) Get the secret ending for killing the demons during credits sequence. I know I had the pop up that said I unlocked EX V, but I can't switch. The costume select screen doesn't even appear.

The thing is, last night I was finishing my son of sparda playthrough, and the game switched to EX V all on it's own. I did mission 14, where you fight the illusion bosses as V, in his original costume. Then played through mission 15 and at the end after you beat the boss and V drops down to Nero, he was in EX V costume. He wasn't in that costume for any other cutscene prior or after that happened. It's like the game put him in that for ONLY that cutscene just to ♥♥♥♥ with me.

I've tried everything I can. Verify game files, complete uninstall and reinstall. Nothing. Cant change costumes. Has anyone else experianced this, and if so did u get it fixed? I'm seriously considering not even going through Dante must die for the super costumes if I cant change. I'm loving this game so much but it's really frustrating that for some reason I cant change costumes, and the only thing I've found online was a couple people who also are going through this with no fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Try the void mode to see if you can change the costumes for all three characters. I unlocked V ex costume after beating son of sparda mode not the 25 misions plus try to beat the dante must die mode to see if it works or try to achieves rank S on all V missions. That’s are the 3 ways to unlock V ex costume i can think of.

I only finish it in Human, going for Son of Sparda right now.

Same here, except I did 5 on Devil Hunter, the rest on Human ( Including Secret Missions ).

I do... but I'm gonna ask you if you finally fix it yourself ( Or find the solution to the problem ).

What I've done So Far ( Resume ):
Finish Human mode - All S Rank + Secret Ending ( So I beat the crap out of Vergil at the demon world ) - + Secret missions. ( Only 1 Blue Orb left Which I know where it is, but gonna get it on my Son of Sparda playthrough ).
Verified Game Cache files. (Which re downloaded a File - The one modded to display PS Control Buttons )
Beat Urizen on Prologue on every Difficulty ( Except Heaven and Hell - Since I Skip it to do Hell and Hell ).
Some missions of Demon Mode - Probably till M03 - and some of Son of Sparda - Start of M05. ( Always Counting Prologue as Mission - 21 From Human + 04 from Demon + 06 of Son of Sparda + 1 of Dante Must Die + 1 of Hell and Hell - + 12 from Secrets - Sums to : 33 ( 45 with Secrets ). Without Prologue : 28 (40) - More than enough ).

If you fix it, could you please tell us How or What did you do?

BTW : I own the DMC5 Deluxe Edition. - No extra DLCs.
