It's not easy at all. Charging griffon, attacking with the shadow, dodging, locking-on and eventually reading the book at once is really finger-fking.
And yes, I do use a controller, I would have suicided with keyboard.

The game allows you to remap buttons and does steam I have griffon mapped to the left shoulder button so It's pretty comfortable to charge and release griffon's attacks while attacking with Shadow at the same time.

LB for Griffon RT for book and Y for Shadow. Doesn't hurt my fingers at all since all features use different fingers. This is one of the rare games where I use triggers with my middle finger instead of index.

Eh V is the easiest character to control. You don't have to jump cancel or anything with him or anything.

Who said he's hard? It's pretty much obvious he's the easiest. I'm just saying that my fingers don't die even if I'm using Dante and try to use all of his craziest moves. My point is that charging Griffon takes too long.

Grats, that mission really pissed me off the first time I was trying to clear it on DMD and I only got an A so now I gotta do it again. I really hate V's missions.

I'm breaking my fingers by trying to do all these moves + changing styles as Dante, but will try V on DMD too after unlocking that mode.
