2) Learn how to Trick down and it works in human mode.
3) Always use Summoned Swords/Mirage Blades so you can always Air Trick
4) If you're not JC spamming you're playing Vergil wrong
vergil has always been literally a super character in a normal character package, and this is easily his most OP iteration in the whole series
the only thing possibly more effed and broken was Lady
Dante is a boring character for little kids, all he does is change styles and buttonmash.
Nero is brainless guy who just swings his sword around because he's salty for being useless.
V on the other hand is only for intellectual players, proven by the fact that he reads books. And only smart people read books, which means V is smart. And obviously, only dumb people won't recognize his excellent mechanics and insane requirement of skill usage, because they're dumb. Only true players are able to achieve SSS rank with a single press of L1 button.
Remember who could do that too, but with different input? Lady in DMC 4. She's the only character who can hold a button, release it and achieve SSS rank. Unlike cringe Nephilims, Lady is an actual person representing all people of the world, because other characters are demons. And what are people, besides humans? I am only human after all.
Unlock his full moveset and then press back+forward + trick button (circle).
This literally makes him trick backwards. And he has i-frames while doing it. So in theory you can infinitely trick away from incoming damage.
