Judgement Cut End PC Controls

I'm not sure if this is a very popular way to play DMC5, but I'm struggling to understand the PC inputs for a Judgement Cut End. I understand that I have to be in SDT and have atleast Tier 2 Concentration Gauge, but is anybody able to determine what PC inputs are required for a Judgement Cut End?

Much appreciated if you have figured it out using PC controls.
