Vergil only exists to make you feel like a god while Dante forces you to play good to feel like a god.
Even though V is least fun to play as, I do enjoy him quite a bit because I feel like some scheming ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that trashtalks and gets away with everything because he has 3 bodyguards. It feels good to throw cheeky taunts and not suffer the consequences.
I think Vergil is definitely easier to play than Dante, and more powerful of course, but this reductive. To me it just means that you have to try harder in some ways to look stylish with him. More tech needs to be incorporated for a truly impressive Vergil combo, whereas a Dante combo that looks simpler can still be comparable due to the execution required.

This.
But the high discipline of his fighting style generates such a concentrated aura of Power and Motivation that sooner or later you start to choke.
Dante feels like a breath of fresh air, a wind of freedom and a freestyle mountain stream.
Dealing huge damage to enemies at the same time.
Nero is an insanely fiery guy who draws his Power directly from your arms.
And you can sacrifice your arms and ... his arms to destroy all enemies as quickly and Stylishly as possible.
And V ...
V is good if you like to slide on enemy attacks, like on ice, read poetry, dance against the background of fireworks and punish every enemy stunned by such impudence with a cane)
