Is Mouse and Keyboard supported?

Does this game utilize m+k better than say dmc4 or 3? Is mouse even usable? What are controls like for it?

Also no offense to anyone but I really do not care to hear the usual "hur hur why not play the game with controller? It's designed for it!" I will answer that question right now. Aside from me hating the controller, not having one, not wanting to buy one, not wanting to spend my time adapting to one, I also want to point out that controller is not default for PC,, m+k is. This is like me commenting on every FPS game on consoles that I don't understand why would anyone play them on controller because K+M is for fact superior for those types of games. Point is, the game should be playable on a platform it comes on, without having to connect some random ♥♥♥♥ that does not belong with said console.

The game supports keyboard and mouse.
Side mouse buttons are supported.
The control buttons can be changed for convenience.

Doesn't matter, for certain game certain equipment is better. It's not like you also eat soup with a fork, a spoon might be better utilized. But it's your choice.

By that logic neither do comments like "why not use controller?" matter. Also, if you really wanna get all deep and eldritch here, both spoon and a fork are part of a kitchen and often used during eating. As Tzan Zu once said, "What is a fork without a spoon to accompany it?"

You know whats not part of pc? A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controller. As I said before, should I go and make it my lifes mission to tell every single FPS gamer that they should use M+K just cause without a shadow of a doubt, it is a better way to play FPS? No, cause for one, aint my business which hand they use to jack off, and for two, they might not feel comfortable with M+K, and that is ok.

To likely no ones surprise, I do not like controller, I can't use it, it makes my old fingers hurt in places that make me blush. I do not wanna use it, I do not want to buy it, I do not want to hear about it every single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time I ask that question and whats even more infuriating is that why I even have to ask this? Why is this even a thing on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PC gaming where you got to be like a virgin steeve all like "ummm hey guys? can I play this game with a system I bought it on? Or ummmm do I need to get this alien apendix of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ technology on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc to play it?" It's absurd really and the only real question should be is why in the ♥♥♥♥ is it not designed for M+K first for a pc when it is ported for pc?

I will go a step beyond and say this, the day every fps user starts using M+K regardless of a platform they play on, is the day I will commit sudoku as a way to clear my family from shame that I brought upon our roof by my controller for pc biggorty.

Yes, dmc 4 forced everything to the keyboard, but now style, attack, and shoot are attached to the mouse. This game works great on the keyboard. If you got used to setup for 4 on pc, you might use F or R for taunts and devil trigger, and 1-4 for style switch. Radial moves are very difficult to execute however, involving all WASD in order. But there are only two of them really.
