how it explain Buster Arm? it doesn't looks like any type of glove to me...
Are you asking why you can still equip the buster arm if you have nero's devil bringer and don't need it? I can only speculate, but I'm guessing that they didn't want to go through the trouble of removing the buster arm after you beat the game.
As for it not looking like a glove, that's because it's not really a glove. They're more like gauntlets. Realistically, it's too much work to make an entirely separate model for each arm, so they probably just left it the same. Since we can't see inside the devil arms, it's easy to just tell the audience (us) that the insides are hollow now and just go over nero's real arm so he can still use them.
I wouldn't think too much on it, since it's really just a way to let the players have both the devil arms and his devil bringer, which I love.
But you're really throwing a fit on DMC about realism? A world about magic and demons? Really? These Devil Breakers are literally made and operated from demons.
Apparently, now Nero can control this process.
so yeah, I thing demon magic is as good as an explanation as "Nanomachines Jack"
Actually, in the ending scene, he somehow unsummons his arm before putting the breaker. So it may very well be demon magic shenanigans
