How to get Lady & Trish and also Dante & Vergil last ending scenes?

Out of 5 ending scenes in the gallery (that isn't included the secret ending), I missed the last two ending scenes of Lady and Trish in Dante's office and when Dante and Vergil fight demons. How to get this two (I saw them cutscenes on youtube)?

Do I need to finish the game on harder difficulty? (I finished the game once in Devil Hunter difficulty)

From what I gather, when credits roll, you must slay most enemies with Nero so Nico is impressed by it and after that slay more monsters with Dante than Vergil. Difficulty doesn't matter, you can do it on your first playthrough.

Just beat the credit sequence.
Nico will say you make her creations look good and Dante will say he beat Vergil.

You have to kill enough enemies during one of the end credits fights.
