Converting from lossy to lossy is considered a "bad thing", so I left the wem files (wwise) so you can do your own conversion if you so wish.
Honestly, I prefer the YouTube mixes.
However the in-game tracks are a lot shorter than the original songs are. Devil Trigger originally is 6:45.
Anyway, listening to the ogg file you provided tells me that the MP3 which I have is definitely cut somehow or is entirely another master of the track.
It would be so great if Capcom releases the main songs on vinyl, we can get truly great quality there :).
