Very Weird Issue (Streaming) - Any Ideas?

So I'm testing a new streaming setup (Desktop Main + Laptop Streaming)

And i'm using the NDI Plugin for OBS to run a network stream of my Desktop image to my laptop. This works great for every single game I tested.. except for one.

Devil May Cry 5 for whatever reason has massive stutter in the stream. My first guess was the network settings in the game were screwing up the bandwidth, but I disabled the Network features and nothing changed.

Is anyone having similar streaming issues with this title? I tested Resident Evil 2 Remake and had zero problems.

yap im having the same thing happen to me - it look so bad when i stream the game too

Solution - Lock framerate in game to 60hz. For some reason, the stream can't handle those unlocked framerates. Very very weird.. but at least you can stream this particular game smoothly. Wouldn't mind a better solution if anyone can find one :)
