Personnally i like my DMC crew, plus you get faster loading time and no risk of crashes by turning it off.
The people you meet aren't actually there, in the loosest sense it'll be rough data of how they played.
I ran into myself playing V. That pretty much spoiled me on how the system works.
The system could probably just be taking the names of players and that's it. It's the same as DMC Crew!
Honestly probably gonna turn it off for my next playthrough cause it's so damn useless.
If you're talking about that giant crab boss in the shipyard, I THINK that has to be you. The crab is falling over because, in the last level as V, you broke its legs when it went through the ground.
