The game is too easy.Is it normal?

I am a new player in DMC and chose first level of difficulty.I completed only 4 missions with 2 bosses,but game is too easy.Is it normal at the start?I remember,that DMC is some like of hardcore slasher.If it is not-how can you change the difficulty without restarting the story?

Human is easy. You can't change mid game.

well if you picked human which is the equivalent of easy then yes, it is normal, devil hunter also isnt really hard since it equals to normal, the fun begins at son of sparda/dante must die, and for masochist the fun begins at hell or hell

The default difficulty is Devil Hunter mode, and it's auto-selected. If you picked the difficulty to the left, you're playing on easy mode. So yeah, easy mode is easy mode.

DMC isnt particularly hard game until the last difficulty. Check out some combo videos if you're interested in what it takes to be considered good.

How can i restart the story?I chose the difficulty before the main menu.Now,when i start the game,i can't find any point of difficult in the game.

Go to the main menu from your starting menu and then select mission. You can move from the Human page to the Devil Hunter page and start over on that difficulty.

The later difficulties are definitely harder, but I feel like once you get a handle on the game (and a solid bit of practice/decent reflexes), the difficulty is less in the environment and more maximising your combos/style.
